My Story
I found my flow through kayaking on rivers – the current of the river, her flow, pushing me to new understandings of myself. On the edge of my comfort zone, I found a way to stress less, play more, and live with more joy and laughter in my life. As a certified ocean therapist who practices on rivers, I will help guide you to your flow on and off the water. Combined with my love of water, I offer various practices of self-healing including blue mind theory, reiki, and guided meditation depending on what resonates best for you and your goals.
